Purchases are completed on Amazon, so returns run under Amazon's return policy — normally 30 days from delivery, started from the order page in your Amazon account.

Why that is good news

Prepaid return labels, drop-off points and refunds to the original payment method are handled by Amazon, and the window is the one you already know.

Wrong item, damaged in transit or not as described — start the return on Amazon and tell us through the contact form. We list these products, so we want to know when one disappoints.
